Any consulting, development, support, or maintenance work should be covered by a written agreement, quote, statement of work, or accepted terms before work begins.

App support requests

App support requests are handled through the support form or support@ebsoft.com.au. Include store URL, app name, issue details, and screenshots where relevant.

Response times

Response times are not guaranteed unless they are covered by a separate support agreement or service arrangement.

AI-generated suggestions

AI-generated suggestions require human review. EBSoft does not recommend blind auto-publishing of product, SEO, metafield, or catalogue changes.

No guaranteed approval or outcome

EBSoft cannot guarantee Shopify approval, app marketplace acceptance, search rankings, conversion improvements, or business outcomes.
